autoreverse / solo for 11 men Uraufführung
Photo: Promo de Salvo
In this choreographic installation, eleven men set out to discover what defines a man, skirting the outer limits of gender demarcation. "When is a man a man?" Can one make out typical ways of moving within the vast pool of gender constructions? In this study of movement, various restraints are imposed on movement, in some cases making gender differences stand out more clearly, while blurring the boundaries in others. (Susanne Foellmer)
