Our reality is haunted by invisible, ghostly presences that perpetually remind us of our blind spots, and yet spur on our imagination in its relentless urge to explore the unknown. Choreographic motifs such as moving backwards or blindfolded, staggering, falling, and exploring the horizontal dimension transport us from the spectral to the physical and back. Through oblique readings, "physical writing", literal dramaturgical strategies and futile excursions, this oscillating in-between space can become a discursive site, a place to gain a critical understanding of space, perception, and the production of meaning.
