“I understand this workshop as a discourse on the concept of movement in various disciplines surrounding contemporary dance. Technical exercises are supplemented with yoga, floor work, voice training, meditation, release techniques, and improvisation. Multiple approaches and an open working structure allow the participants to relate the work to their own interests and explore their own personal field of movement. The sessions conclude with a discussion in which participants can reflect on the day‘s work and give each other feedback.”
