Germaine Acogny (Dakar), Irina Sitnikova (St. Petersburg), Susana Martin (Salvador da Bahia), and Anita Donaldson (London) will introduce the teaching methods and curricula of the institutions they are affiliated with. Martin Nachbar (Berlin) will then present the results of mode05, a conference on strategies for training professional choreographers and dancers which took place in Potsdam in March 2005.


Workshops
As part of this year’s training program, Meg Stuart will direct a period of intensive research with four grant recipients from Africa, Berlin, Israel and New York.
